About Kluge+

KLUGE+ is a specialist maxillofacial and oral surgery practice based at Cintocare Hospital in Menlyn, Pretoria. We diagnose and treat conditions of the mouth, teeth, jaws and facial skeleton — from dental implants and wisdom teeth to facial trauma, corrective jaw surgery and oral pathology.

Every patient is assessed individually. We explain the diagnosis, the options and the expected recovery in plain language, and we work closely with referring dentists, orthodontists and medical specialists so that treatment fits into the wider care plan.

Bone Graft

Bone Grafts

A bone graft is a procedure used to rebuild or strengthen the jawbone when there is not enough bone to support a dental implant.

Wisdom Teeth

Wisdom Teeth

Wisdom teeth removal is a common surgical procedure to remove one or more third molars that are causing pain, infection, crowding, or other dental problems.

Facial Trauma

Facial Trauma

Facial trauma treatment focuses on repairing injuries to the face, jaws, and surrounding structures caused by accidents, falls, or sports injuries.

Orthognathic Surgery

Orthognathic Surgery

Orthognathic surgery corrects jaw irregularities to improve bite, function, and facial balance. It repositions the jaw bones, often alongside orthodontics, for lasting oral health.

TMJ Disorder

TMJ Disorder

A TMJ disorder affects the small hinge joint connecting your jawbone to your skull. It causes jaw pain, clicking sounds, stiffness, and trouble chewing or opening your mouth fully.

Oral Cancer

Oral Cancer

We examine suspicious oral lesions closely. If concerning, we recommend a biopsy for diagnosis. If cancer is confirmed, we coordinate a multidisciplinary team for tailored care.
