Appointment
Call our appointment lines or send us a message. Please have your referral letter, if you have one, and your medical aid details on hand so that we can open your file correctly.

Registration
Complete your registration form before your visit. This gives us your medical history, medical aid details and the contact information we need for pre-authorisation.

Consultation
Your surgeon examines you, reviews or arranges imaging, and explains the diagnosis and the available options — including the option of no surgery, where that is reasonable.

Treatment Plan & Quotation
You receive a written treatment plan and a quotation setting out the surgeon, anaesthetist, hospital and any laboratory costs, so that you know what to expect before deciding.

Your Procedure
Your procedure is performed at Cintocare Hospital or in our rooms, depending on the treatment and anaesthetic. Please follow your pre-operative instructions exactly.
